ОтветитьBeing an OTR truck driver, I stop at Shan's Chinese restaurant in Monteagle, TN. They prepare Mongolian pork and when I asked why not beef? She said they don't have beef in Mongolia and referred to ox and yaks and then directed me to the pepper steak for beef 😂. Makes me wonder where this dish originates etc.
