Solution for full auto trigger system. Buff the perk so that it is a clears throat full auto trigger system.

Have it increase stability and greatly control recoil. But only if full auto is enabled. There. Fixed.

I don't know if theres like a meta in this game or a number 1 build atm but just as a beginner I'd love to give the considered best/strongest build a go then go from there trying out more fun/off meta builds.
