Take insurance?
Ответитьlol those aren't real implants.
Ответить1. Misdiagnosis and unnecessary treatment performed on me. The tooth needed a root canal, and instead of a root canal, they performed a treatment that would not work for my dental issue causing additional unnecessary visits.
2. Admitted to their error and offered me a full discount for a root canal but unbeknownst to me, it was not a full discount and could only be performed by certain doctors that would not be included in my insurance network. I was given the impression that all doctors at their clinic would take my insurance.
3. Made me suffer for (2 months) before booking an appointment for a root canal that would be comped by them. Again, I was misinformed as they conveniently left out that I would require further treatment i.e. crown after the root canal. I was not informed that I would incur additional charges to complete the procedure. I was refused further treatment and currently have an incomplete procedure with a large bill.
4. Wrong estimates provided. They provided estimates after checking my insurance, and they reassured me of the amount I would pay out of pocket. I confirmed multiple times before agreeing to the procedure. Then, I received a bill that was not even close to the estimate and the discrepancy was astronomical.
5. Change of doctors during treatments without informing me about new doctors who were not in my insurance network resulting in additional costs that I was not prepared for and way out of my budget.
6. Made me sign various agreements and documents (after) the malpractice and wrongful treatment. Once they realised that they had done something wrong, I was asked to sign paperwork for each visit. They would reassure me that it was normal practice, but never informed me of the additional cost that would not be covered.
7. When I received the bill, I visited the office and asked to speak to the owner who refused to speak with me. I was forced to clear my balance and pay the amount in full. The owner (Mark A. Espinoza) had the receptionists take on this serious matter without ever showing support to their staff or the patient.
