Hadi and Shawn always brings the conditioning , I think if you’re not conditioned you shouldn’t place , your job is working out and dieting? They should score higher for conditioning , I think getting bigger isn’t the answer.

Hollingshead hasn’t competed in a show in a while. The dude is packed full of muscle, but just never finishes where he needs to, because he usually comes in flat or not conditioned enough. Should be interesting to see how well he does.

I enjoy any Rx Muscle show that doesn't include Romano or Jimmy.

Derek's on a mission from God.

If Derek could bring his 2022 Pittsburg guest posing physique but ripped; no one would beat that. His legs looked huge at that posing & his taper was insane. I didn't get the Heath hype back in 2006 although I thought he had a great physique. Then I saw him guest pose in 2007 all ballooned up & I got it. I thought: One day he is going to bring that size & roundness but shredded. By the 2008 IronMan, he was very close to that look & by the 2010 Arnold he was there. Derek has the potential to be very defined but hold that mass. His legs threw off his whole physique this year. I knew he was 3rd or 4th in the 1st 5-10 minutes.

Nick needs to obtain his confidence back. He doesn’t need more tissue, he need to compete and figure out where he places, what he needs to improve on and if he is Olympia contender material. If I were Nick, I’d do at least two shows, maybe three. I’m a fan of Nick, but he needs to re-establish himself.
