I used this also as a stepping stone between First Journey and the normal game for my kids.

My family and I really love this iteration of TTR. I think it is an ideal gift and an excellent introduction to modern board games even for non gamers. The charm of the game makes it a winner for anyone.

As we were talking about the other day, I wholeheartedly agree with you on the title!

We use this as our "travel version"

Agreed, regular TTR is way too light to last 1h. With TTR London, the game length finally matches the depth. Plus, it can be played with kids as young as 5 years old, and is more interesting than the kid version, so it's the only version I'll ever need.
