It is not "sarvAnan" it should be pronounced as "saravanan" - there is equal emphasis placed on all syllables.

In the Karmnik-Nunn game, the mistake was not the Nc2+ followed by Nxa3. It was the e6 move after Nxa3. Instead he should have played Ne8 followed by Nd6 blockading the d-pawn.
