I think you mean the phantom Gannon set. The Phantom set only gives attack up

I think it was the phantom ganon armor that has Bone Disguise, not the phantom set. Lore wise both would make sense as they are spirits, but I think they removed it from the phantom set because having level 3 attack up plus bone attack up would be pretty busted with a dragon bone moblin club.

This actually made me more excited for BOTW 2! It'd be pretty cool to see spirits being explained in more detail in the sequel, I always wondered how they worked. Also, I love how deep you go into each and every topic you cover. Amazing stuff!

Good video but I don't know why people think BotW 2 is gonna explain these things. It won't. The whole reason these subjects are interesting is because they're mysterious. What fun would Zelda be without unexplained things? BotW 2 is gonna create new mysteries.

I think that the particle things the the botw 2 trailer are the things the sheik Ahmed monks fade into when you collect the spirit orb

Wanted to point out, different cultures have different thoughts on what it means to respect the dead. Zora could be respecting spirits by keeping them close to their everyday life, or invoking their protection.

It's not really a theory but the luminos stones makes me think a lot about the stones in Casle in the Sky, the color is very similar and they only apear when there are no light sun or artifitial around. Maybe the idea of the luminos stones don't come from real stones but is inspared by those powerful stones in the movie.

Something that I’ve not heard anyone mention is that to why do the luminous stones have a separate entry in the sheika slate? Surely if they were considered a gemstone per se, they would be included with the ore and rare ore deposits. It always seemed off that they were found and mined separately yet don’t play a ‘key’ importance. The trailer surely sheds light on their importance and I would like to think that more will be revealed.

You could also use the lightscale trident as some evidence for this theory, since it has what appears to be a green gem in the center, which could likely be a luminous stone. In one of the stone monuments of Zora's domain, it says that Mipha once spoke through the trident after her death, saying that the trident and her are "one" so maybe her soul can somehow inhabit the trident, despite being imprisoned in the divine beast as a result of her "connection with that particular luminous stone. However, the gem in the trident doesn't really glow, which might suggest that an average luminous stone contains a plethora of souls within it to achieve its glow.
