More motivated than usual. Today I'm sharing my conversation with Author, Business Owner, and speaking presentation skills coach - Rikki Smith.

Rikki believes in the value of learning and growing thru sharing life experiences to enrich and inspire the lives of those in our sphere of influence and beyond.

She is an inspirational, motivational speaker with an emphasis on transformational living. She is the host of a weekly YouTube channel; Faith on Friday, that is a source of encouragement, humor, and challenge to those who see it. She is the author of the book Faith on Friday: A Deeper Dive, which is a 30-day journal allowing the reader to dive deep into questions around self-reflection.

Rikki is an Army veteran, she's been married 21 years to a retired Army Veteran, and she is a mother to four adult children and grandmother to two grandsons, who are her pride and joy.

I can honestly say that it was a joy to be able to speak with Rikki. During our conversation, we learn about her and her business and that her optimism and energy are so contagious and fun!
