Car Stream and Car Tube won't play on my infotainment. It always display "No new messages". I have done all the steps from the video. Am I missing something?

I am confused where that zip file for andriod auto suddenly appeared on his phone? Doesn't make sense to me and I watched that part 10 times and still confused. Anyone can help here?

As I have a Dovox display with Android Auto, I don't have an ability to change where audio from my phone would go.
Whatever I tried it goes to the internal speaker of that display which sucks.
And when I connect to the car's bluetooth it would still play music and calls via internal speaker...

Is there any workaround for this?


Also, is it possible with your fix to mirror/cast the screen from my phone to AndroidAuto device?

I believe this only works on cars 2021 or newer. Didn't work on my Outback 2020 and I painfully followed this video step by step. Actually after the latest update it won't even see the USB port. I have a S21 Ultra android 12.
