I lost my MB in a fickin movie 😏
ОтветитьShe has traumatic from his biological father so sad😭
ОтветитьFrom tiktok
ОтветитьPuta loca. I would had kept Eric and sent her the hell back. No one is gonna miss her.
ОтветитьAmazing movie telling the true story of Beth Thomas... Good to know that she's now a nursing practitioner, helping others.
ОтветитьThe parents made her out to be a horrible kid she wasnt a bad kid (in real life, the movie cat is EVIL)
ОтветитьThat first night and when she had a flashback broke my heart
ОтветитьWho else came here because of their child psychology class?🙃
ОтветитьWhat she did to dog smh n birds. Also to r brother. Hurt ppl hurt ppl.
ОтветитьWhat is did to grandfather
ОтветитьIm glad they at least had the faith to handle it like that
ОтветитьI feel so sorry at the older sister stephanie and what she has become all because she was sexually abused by her father when she was so young.😢
ОтветитьI'm scared 😢
ОтветитьThis movie is an excellent piece for mental health education. Anyways how old is Eric. ❤❤
ОтветитьAll that money for Therapy going out the window she should just drop the kid off at the Therapist office and let the Therapist deal with her unbelievable
ОтветитьI remember how much this movie traumatized me , and how bad I felt for her , she ended up being in intensive therapy for years and was adopted by another woman she is now a pediatric nurse in Arizona, the therapist who worked with her did 7 years in jail for accidentally killing another little girl sue one of her unconventional therapy sessions
Ответить*during one of her unconventional therapy sessions
ОтветитьHow the hell did no one find the knife in the bear!!?!?!
ОтветитьPoor kid
ОтветитьWhat annoys me is that 1) the type of "therapy" that "Dr. Myers" is promoting is unscientific and even detrimental. (The real Beth Thomas might have become a well adjusted adult IN SPITE OF the "therapy" she received instead of as a result of this so-called "therapy"). And she shouldn't be talking about other children in front of "Katherine." That's probably a Hipaa violation. 2) This movie (and the documentary) misportray Reactive Attachment Disorder. If Catherine/ Beth behaved the way she did in this film, this is more consistent with a diagnosis of Conduct Disorder, not Reactive Attachment Disorder. To be completely fair, there could have been some comorbidity. But when films like these sensationalize and probably misportray certain disorders, this does a disservice to viewers who are trying to better UNDERSTAND childhood psychopathology.
ОтветитьThe adult Beth is pretty hot!
ОтветитьLook, it's Reginald Endicott Barclay III from Star Trek!
ОтветитьCan someone please tell me how she was able to climb up that tree to kill the baby birds??
ОтветитьWow the scene with Grandpa was excellent acting .....😮
ОтветитьIt’s not believable that the woman tucked in the boy and the man tucked in the girl the first night. Naturally, the mom would tuck in the daughter, and the dad would tuck in the son.
ОтветитьAshley Peldon is a brilliant actor in this movie. It was made when she was about six years old.
ОтветитьThis is what foster care can do to children. I think they were better off when we had state funded orphanages. At least you had someone watching.
ОтветитьMay God bless these parents that adopted these children. They knew it wasn’t going to be easy.
ОтветитьDid anyone else catch the subliminal touch of Catherine wearing her hair in braids just like in both of the “bad seed” movies?
ОтветитьNot only did she experience sexual assault from her biological father, but it’s more likely than not also from her foster parents. Sad but true.
ОтветитьIt’s amazes me how a six-year-old can act that well. Amazing.
ОтветитьI’ve never had any abuse happen to me as a child, but this is a hard watch. When the older sister said she had to roll the drunk father off of the baby, tears came to my eyes. What a monster he was. There is a special place in hell for people like him.
ОтветитьI can’t remember the last time I cried during a movie. This is some sick sick behavior from that father.
ОтветитьI didn’t think they could say the word bitch back in the 1980s on TV.
ОтветитьMarriet Hartley is a very good actress. I’ve always liked her work. It’s hard to believe that she’s in her 80s now.
ОтветитьAs these loving parents tuck their kids in with hugs and kisses each night, It’s so sad to think of all the children in the world whose parents don’t. And we wonder why there is so much mental illness in this world.
ОтветитьMy one question in this movie is why didn’t the older sister(13 yrs) didn’t call the police or go to the neighbors and get the dad arrested when he passed out on Beth. Maybe she was scared and didn’t know what was ganna happen after that?
ОтветитьThat little girl was a brilliant actress, this was a fantastic and thought provoking movie.
ОтветитьThe actress who played the little girl must have had fun getting to destroy the set haha
ОтветитьIt's mad murdock
ОтветитьAs a new mom watching this I am so terrified I want to protect my little girl with all my might 😭😭😭 I’m also afraid of hurting her
