Ally you might have bipolar where your mood changes rapidly and randomly ive got a mild version of it and I remember i was tying my lace and I messed it up so I punched a hole in my wall and then became really angry for the rest of the day

I was diagnosed with PCOS and it’s truthfully scary because there’s a lot of unknown factors to it and it’s kinda like playing the waiting game but birth control has helped me a lot too! I hope things continue to get better for you and know you’re not alone!

Anxiety is a mind game. U need to know what gives u anxiety and overcome. It’s hard and it could be multiple things but don’t say you’ll always have anxiety cuz u can overcome it. And also everyone has anxiety, but some people have it worse. I have had crazy anxiety and I spent a year abroad to work on myself. It is possible for anyone

I have crazy anxiety and worry way too much over the smallest things. It drives me crazy and I stay up late just worrying. I struggle so much with being alone but i find it so hard to approach people and make friends. I also worry about my future all of the time like what career should I go into and how to go about it. I just don't know what to do and worrying is not helping at all 😩
