Common Causes of Permanent Hearing Loss

I had a stroke hearing went a month later in right ear i think its the audio nerve damage

I need some new Cochlea, i wish they could regrow themselves😒

In addition to loud noise exposure, i have many comorbid conditions that most likely contribute to my hearing issues.

I have moderate snhl. And would I need hearing aids? And would the over the ear work? Bc I'd live that type I hate things being in my ear epically if I can't see it on the outside
