He could be 100/0 and it shouldnt be possible. If an adc gets hit by 2 skillshots he should be dead. They have ranged aas that do more then 1k dmg. They shouldnt be tanky at all. Not one bit. They should get oneshot by mages and assassins and in general only work when they dont get focused for a whole team fight
