I’ve always been fascinated by Afghanistan. Its history is amazing and maybe one day I’ll be able to visit. But pre 911 - even before the destruction of the Buddha’s - I used to send $20 per month to RAWA. It was a women’s group in Afghanistan that used to provide women - especially those without a history - with a goat so they could make cheese and get milk and possibly make some sort of living. These women and valuable and deserve better.

Is she one of those women who benefited from American Invasion of Afghanistan ? Probably worked as a guide pointing out places to bomb and is now unemployed after the invaders ran away with their tail between their legs? Encouraged girls to become like "empowered" disease infested western women who are proud of sleeping with multiple men without realising they are being used like a toilet by these men? Did she teach soft porn to kids in schools like they do in USA ? Does she want Afghan woman to open OF accounts and appear twerking on tik tok slides ? I was very hesitant to watch this series with how terrible the actions of the taliban have been. I took a chance and watched the series recently and was surprised by how beautiful of a country and how kind and welcoming the people are to others despite how little they have other than the kindness in their hearts which many (including myself) could learn from. The woman was very brave and really opened my eyes to how dire the situation is in Afghanistan. I hope it will get better somehow in the future for the innocents who are suffering under the Taliban's control 🫂🙏💙

We learned in school what was the name prophet Mohammad so we can say his mothers wife and daughters name in public but not ours

This video is so raw and mind changing. I'm in my early 20s and one of the main reasons I do not want a child is because I don't know what world they will grow up in. That's as an American so I can only imagine the utter fear this woman has living under the current rule in Afghanistan. I'm a teacher as I still wanted to help children and help the future of America so having the same fear of dying in a school is very real to me. While the Afghan people dealt with invaders, drone bombings, and other attacks, we often have school shootings and intruders. With how downhill our rights are going in the US as women, it's still NOWHERE near as bad as in other places. "Women cannot speak loudly in their own homes" that is their home, their place of comfort, where they are to love their family and invite their friends, but yet they are forbidden to be loud and jovial just because they were born a female. I cannot imagine how much strength Sama had to muster to film and voice her opinions. I wish we were able to hear more from the women and girls in Afghanistan and help them get their most basic human rights back.

As an Afghan woman myself, I thank you for putting a light on this beautiful country. I hope that one day my people can finally feel safe and be free of living the way they want💔

It's crazy, taliban got so strict rules, but otherwise they used to own their Private "dancing boys" . The policechef is known to be a pdfile...us army saw him taking a boy every night and they couldn't do anything about that...taliban say, it is sin to look at women, so they take young boys cuz until the boys are 18 and a man,, it isn't gay 😕

As a medical student in Kabul Afghanistan, in my opinion, Only two things are problematic: one is the deprivation of women from education, and the other is discrimination among the people.
Everything is ok other than these 2 issues.
