ОтветитьWell this was exactly what i needed on my Tuesday morning! I had a killer workout yesterday and wasnt ready to go back to that intensity but also didnt want to do nothing. This was perfect!
ОтветитьIn October I was in a car accident, it was right when I was finally active and confident in myself and I was fit. The recovery was painful and left me in pain for the majority of the year, it is now August and I am sad to say that I lost myself, I became lazy (which I forgive myself for) and lost all of my motivation because of the crash and the pain with it, it has been tough.
But today I tried your workout, and I'm going to do it everyday until I can do this without a sweat, and I will move onto a harder workout, I want to become fit again, I don't want to be ashamed of myself anymore. Its not even about losing weight for me, its giving mysekf the ability to move more without getting out of breath from it. As I am large chested, running is the worst and gives me huge amounts of back pain, so this kind of work out is perfect for me. Thank you for doing what you do. I will give updates when I remember to. But for now, it's day 1 and boy am I out of breath and sweaty, but I am proud of myself for doing this.
This is definitely my favorite lazy girl workout. As a girl who doesn't want to do anything, this is really good. ❤

ОтветитьThis is why I love your workouts, V. You understand that most of us aren't just 'lazy', but rather tired or in need of a quick, effective, and time-efficient exercise. I've been doing this workout for probably a year and a half now, and it has really helped me with my health progress. I admit that most of the time, I just don't want to work out or even move, but this one is a great motivator for me to keep moving daily, even if it costs me 10 minutes. Thanks!

ОтветитьThank you so much VIcky:) for me personally the breaks were a little too quick, maybe 15 seconds would be better but that's personal preference. However, this Workout was perfect for my 10 minute morning workout!!

ОтветитьI'm currently formulating some playlists for days with different pain levels as I'm chronically ill and unable to do my good workouts daily. I'm not going to be using this as a lazy girl workout but I hope it's doable on days when I'm in a lot of pain. Thanks for putting this up :)

Super unhapoy with how my body has been feeling after gaining 70lbs (i know its a lot) but i did this, the plank was the only one i couldnt complete and i can do this everyday until its managable. Its a perfect quick workout i can fit in and i hope my body will feel the benfit of it

ОтветитьHello!! As motivation for anyone who needs it, I am just starting exercise as a slightly overweight person at 5’3 and 154 pounds. I will be logging my quality daily and body updates weekly
Day 1- Not making it through many exercises, and needing breaks, but overall going well
Day 2- Going well, made it through about 1/2 of the exercises and can feel yesterdays!
Day 3-Went really well!! Have a great day!
I've worked out today after 3 years, so glad I've started it and finished it. I was out of breath a couple of times but so glad that i completed it. Thank you. Imma keep doing this for the next 1.5 weeks before I start off with the heavy ones. 🤍🧚🏽♀️

ОтветитьI was cursing almost the whole time but man does it feel good. Thank you so much for these "lazy girl" series. I am severely disabled and can't leave the bed on many days so this is something that keeps me feeling like I can do a little something for my body nonetheless. It's especially nice you got so many exercises which don't require putting weight on the wrists bc I can't do that without damaging them any further. (I go on my elbows on the fire hydrant and did a childs pose rest while you did the push ups). So thank you very much for your videos!!!
