PS4 Slim - Get Your Stuck Disc Out - Manual Eject Screw

After I did this there's this crunching noise when ejecting and putting disc I wonder if it is normal:(

For some reason this didn't work and I'm not sure why, my friend put my terraria disc in upside down is that why?

I did this but after that Everytime I put a disc in it makes the noises when you put the screw driver in the ps4 to get the disc out and I don’t know how to fix it

Can I put a disc in with this method? I think the insert/eject mechanism is completely dead in my PS4 slim, but it reads the disc that's stuck inside without problems, so I only need eject and put a different game in.

I realized I actually need a long screwdriver, I have Phillips 000 but only in interchangeable head screwdrivers and those are super short.

Why does no one say what size screwdriver it is?? I read in another video it’s PH#0 but that’s also too big.
