Anyone reember when Michelle Obama changed school lunches and made them healty? A lot of parents were upset and many kids just didnt eat the food. Its a great idea in theory but very difficult to implement for the long haul . We really need a multi pronged attack spear headed by the powers in controll to make any type of meaningfull change. Getting rid of the big pharama adds on TV would be huge and an excellent start. Thanks for the interview....the statistic that were cited blew my mind.

What if we use use pre tax dollars on Whole Foods? They would have to dramatically increase the annual limit.

My uncle died 3 days ago of pancreatic cancer. My mom had a surgery which turned into necrotizing pancreatitis. It almost killed her. She was in the Hospital and rehab for 3 months. Now she has chronic pancreatitis. 3 of her meds they were giving her weee niter to cause pancreatitis while she was fighting for her life. She was in so my h excruciating pain she was hallucinating for over a month. It’s been so horrible.

The Four Pillars of Health: 1. Nutrition: You can’t outrun a poor diet, so eat healthy food.

2. Exercise: Your body is designed to move, so move it in a significant way each day.

3. Stress Management: Stress is a killer, so learn to manage your stress. Pray, meditate, etc.

I do wish there would have been a lot more emphasis on how contaminated and toxic our food is which changes the chemical composition of the brain and leads to addiction to those foods. Seed oils, highly processed sugar, pesticides and GMOs are industries are just damaging and corrupted.

I think part of the problem is how many of these politicians are receiving financial gain from the success of these companies.
Also - I know you’re not conspiratorial, but a sick population who are dependent on the government for their food and drugs are much easier to control. 😢

News flash to this channels moderator and producer. Food companies after WW2 started making processed foods. It didn't happen because of RJ Reynolds and Philly Morris. Also it's 38 percent of the US population is supposedly pre diabetic. That is nothing but a guesstimate. Over 100 million Americans were not tested for pre diabetes in 2024. Your flawed research is based on data of those who were tested and then the assumption is 50 percent could be. Also more than one percent of the US population was pre diabetic for your said time frame. It wasn't even referred to as pre diabetic then. Cmon if you are going to disseminate info give proper information and cite sources.

My now ex husband made me leave my functional dr and go to a “traditional” dr. The functional drs didn’t accept insurance ($145 per visit, which I was willing to pay and put in my budget to pay for 3 visits a year) the traditional dr was on my insurance ($11 per visit) HOWEVER when I went there he saw was diabetic and wanted to prescribe a statin when he hadn’t even seen my cholesterol levels! He yelled at me about it was protocol and 80% of the cardiologists down the street are on statins! I said, “so what! That’s them. I will not take them!” I also don’t take metformin!

I take berberine and eat a lot of cinnamon.

I'm a Hygienist in New Hampshire, in the past 2 months, I've had 2 kids...11 & 13 that were pre-diabetic and on metformin. I have 2 adult patients, each taking a preventive statin bc their doctor recommended it, to prevent high cholesterol. One was a beautiful, thin, picture of health 34 yr old woman, the other was a 67 yr old man. Neither of these pts had any medical condition that warranted a medication. Both happy as a clam to be on them. The 67 yr was happy bc it was free at his age and thought it was great. The lady said...its what my doctor recommended and felt she was taking care of her health. 😡

chronic condition is a cash cow for Big Pharma. What created chronic conditions? Big Food with all of those perservatives (not FDA validated like a drug). Seed Oils harming our metabolism!

Type 2 diabetes can be prevented and reversed with proper diet! Processed food should be safe, but they are not due to 10,000 chemicals available to Big Food. There are healthy versions out now Siete chips, cookies etc. Snack foods can be safe but Big Food wants to maximize profits!
