This procedure can only be done for low risk pregnancy.
Its very important that it's performed in a hospital setting because there's a high risk of causing a situation where the fetus goes into high distress and emergency C section is necessary.
In rare cases it can cause the placenta to detatch and has a high risk of stillbirth or death of the mother. Sometimes even both can die.

Can't believe that!! sitting here in the 34 week and my midwife told me to go into the bridge,which position is very unconfortable..doing acupuncture and moxing. And doing an external rotation is only possible in the hospital...everything prepared for c cection. my doctor is not able doing this rotation like this super hero in this movie!!! well done

Wishing thereʻs a Dr. like him here who can help breech babies to position themselves right to go through natural birth. Iʻm 39weeks now and my baby is breech and I really want to have natural birth.

This is not in india btw. The gentlemen in the background speaks german instantly. So i am assuming the patient is just not speaking german.

This will be done to me tomorrow. Only difference is that in the US we get medication to relax the uterus. And everything is monitored the whole time and it takes about 45minutes and they will monitor me for an additional 30minutes.

I’m at the end of my pregnancy and been going to a new doctor and I was taken back to know if the baby was breeched a month before my due date, a c-section would be scheduled.. I had nothing but natural deliveries in the past, but the fact that he ruled out there isn’t a possibility baby could turn head down on its own within the last month is crazy. I thought C-sections were the urgent response at the time of delivery, not pre-planned; I’m not a high risk patient nor have history of a cesarean🤦🏽‍♀️🤑💸

I had c section because my baby was breech they offered to try and turn her but did say she could turn back or it could make me go into labor I took the c section she’s healthy 5 year old now.

Waaaaaaaaaooooooowwwwwwww..... I thought it could be a difficult massage to rotate the baby, but it doesn't!!!

I hope the woman had the choice of a female manipulating her stomach if she wanted it. I wouldn’t want a man touching my lower belly like that.

Our third son was going to be a breach, and the planned on a C-Section. I was resting in the tub, and playing with my belly, and he turned around himself.
I have never felt anything so bizarre, yet so incredibly awesome, in my life! At one point, it looked like he was standing sideways before he turned.

I have gone through two of these now- mine were unfortunately not like this at all. both were extremely painful and I woke up with huge purple bruising. God bless this man momma and baby- so peaceful- I’m so happy for them.
