I feel like your get sooooo many returns man. I've only sold 866 items on ebay this year and have only had 1 return requests. I feel like your getting one or two every video! I don't know if mine are abnormally low or if yours are just abnormally high. I've heard that it can negatively affect your store if you get too many, so tighten it up and keep grinding!

Setting handling time doesn't matter. If you get people sending emails immediately when the order is placed, you will get those complaints about slow shipping even when your handling time is set to turtle.

In the AmazonSeller mobile app go to

1. Add a product
2. Click Sell in the bottom right hand corner once you find the listing you want to use
3. Change (Filter attributes) to ALL (click apply)
4. Now you can add a (condition note and photos of your item)
