Eggs…you want “pasture “ raised organic. Grass fed eggs! Which I sometimes do find at Aldi’s Good info, thanks
ОтветитьLike seriously ?At least in Jamaica we dont have to pay to take a cart to shop in their store .
ОтветитьIm glad he clarified family of 2 cuz i was like uhhhh wtf lol
ОтветитьHard to believe a grocery store would kick you out. For what reason?
ОтветитьI think this video needs an update considering the inflation rates and price changes since the upload date
ОтветитьBe careful picking out the Almond Milk and get the unsweetened.....then accidentally grabs the sweetened one. Been there done that
ОтветитьDoes sesame seed oil cause inflammation? I like tahini
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьI love oysters!
ОтветитьDaisy brand cottage cheese...only has like 3 ingredients
Ответитьlooks like Simi valley.
ОтветитьGreat 🛒 Could you do a comparison shop with the prices now to the prices then? 😮😊Central Florida ☀
ОтветитьDid you say that eating the belly fat of a pig which has more saturated fat is better for you than eating the other parts of the pig?
ОтветитьAldi in Ireland and Europe does not stock canned oysters, avocado oil or ghee butter. Over all Aldi America seems to be better than Aldi Ireland,/ Europe.
ОтветитьI know I’m watching this in 2024… And you’re saying to “avoid tilapia like the plague” but I did some research and the tilapia loins from Costco, they say they are farm-raised but they are actually in permanent pens that are in the ocean, with regular ocean water washing through… I believe they’re off the coast of Vietnam? I can’t remember exactly… But they’re not as bad as you’re saying.
ОтветитьIt would be great to see you do Publix and/or Kroger.
ОтветитьIt's crazy seeing this prices then to about 5yrs later, that same Salmon that was 3.99, is now 5.49, of course we here about inflation but we rarely see first hand the differences. To be fair in a 5yr span the jump isnt that big compared to other stores
ОтветитьAldi in Germany is half price cheaper or more.
Dude, USA is crazy expensive 😮😮
Went into an Aldi today to check it out not a fan it’s basically the same concept as fresh n easy they have a little bit of different stuff I’d have to do another store as well to get everything I need
ОтветитьI run on 50$ a week! Buy stuff below 4g 100g you good! I lost 20kg in 2 month.
ОтветитьGreat video. Love Aldi!
You walked right past the bone broth though!! It’s the best price there and not always available so it’s worth grabbing.
Also, Aldi has the sardines in spring water. I usually have to dig for them though.
Pasture raised is better than both options you mentioned and Aldi has them!
Other GREAT things you missed:
The Protein Yogurt there, which only comes in fat free unfortunately, is a Greek Yogurt blend and has 19 grams of protein! I eat that one because I don’t see anything added as far as sugar etc, compared to the Whole fat Greek. I spend a little extra for the extra protein. My boyfriend eats the Organic, Whole Greek Yogurt there. Both are great!
You also missed the large jars of Sauerkraut. I think they are only around $1.89.
You’ll find better nut options in the baking isle. I get my walnuts there.
Love the cocoa powder there! They just recently stopped carrying it year round though. I recommend grabbing it when you see it.
Last tip….they do have boxes everywhere that they welcome everyone to grab and use!
Thanks for posting. It’s my first video to see of yours. That was fun!
Thanks bro you really do a lot of good with your content. God bless you 😊.
ОтветитьI love their cooler bags for a great price.
ОтветитьAldi rules!!!
ОтветитьYes! Please share coffee creamer recipes
ОтветитьCan you do a Keto Aldi- vegetable video please. Ty
ОтветитьYou should do a video buying same ingredients @ target, trader joes & whole foods to compare prices
Ответить$600/mo for two adults and one kid. Pretty reasonable. Great choices. Thanks for the Aldi walk-thru. I discovered Aldi's recently and will have to investigate further. It's interesting how major grocery stores stock almost exclusively UNhealthy keto products. It always ends up on the clearance rack. I think they want us to keep eating garbage (labeled keto) while giving other shoppers the idea that keto isn't selling. True psychological warfare. Stay clean and safe, folks.
ОтветитьGrocery Outlet also has lots of great keto and gluten free options.
ОтветитьBoxes are always at aldis.
ОтветитьIts crazy to see these prices while trump was still president. This would ALL be 4 times more expensive here in 2024... WOW
ОтветитьHey I'm going to be giving keto a try for the first time! Any way you can do a WinCo grocery haul?
ОтветитьI don't have an aldy in canada.. maybe food basics could be compared.. also could you do an updated video with todays prices :D
ОтветитьStrange goat aftertaste...
ОтветитьYou are so wrong on organic eggs vs free range... If its really free range. Healthy Chickens eat bugs. Which are NOT organic. If they are real free range Chickens then they eat bugs which makes them NOT organic. MOST organic Chickens (non-free range) are caged or in some big room which means already they are probably unhealthy and on top of that organic feed is anything but. All feed is mass produced in large farms and even if they have a plot set aside for "organics", you have the HUGE problem of air drift and water drain witch cross contaminates the "organic" crops. Organics is a lie. Your belief that organic Chickens is better is laughable. Oh and then there's the soy issue of ALL soy is from frankenseed. Genetically modified garbage. + the horror that is corn seed. But then when it comes down to it, its ALL a big lie...unless you actually know a small family farm near you that you can actually visit and see they are free range chickens eating bugs and grass and such.
ОтветитьThomas you can eat oysters at my house anytime. Come on over!
ОтветитьPower Bottom maybe?
Ответитьoooouf them 2019 prices!
ОтветитьI love your enthusiasm. So cute 👍
ОтветитьI thought almond milk was garbage
ОтветитьYou didn't pick the UNSWEETENED almond milk.
ОтветитьLOL that's a $400 cart of food in Canada.
ОтветитьI’ve been shopping at Aldi’s for about 3 years. I’m always blown away by how much food I can buy there for tons less that anyone the other grocery stores. I’m thrilled that they are offering more and more Keto. You didn’t buy their bread and it’s zero carbs. They also have keto tortillas. I would have loved to hear your thoughts on those two items as well. This vid was very informative for me and I learned a few things. Thanks for making it.
Ответитьfamily of two is not a family, Sir. It is a couple with a ring.
ОтветитьThese fired pork skins are fried without oil, right? Just using the natural pork skin.
ОтветитьAlmond flour nope it's sugar..
ОтветитьThanks for this video, very educating. I will definitely use it during my shopping. ❤
ОтветитьWanted to see what you looked for when it came to the mayonnaise but you forgot to get it lol thanks for the video
