Sorry to bother, but I was just wondering. Does Udyr builds AP (-ish)? Like, I remember seeing my brother playing a lot of games with him, maxing his R and E first, then in trades he quickly use Q and W to activate his passive for the E and R as for builds he firs buys Liandry's, and others he did Rift Maker, and then the rest was to amplify his damage while mitigating the enemies, Jak'Sho, Unending Despair, Force of Nature. Why is this so effective ?

Was this from pre-nerf? He was god tier in 14.19 but has had a tougher time since being nerfed in 14.20.
