At about 40 minutes into the presentation, you mention the PRI or priority contains the Facility and the Severity code.
Does Cisco do something other than follow the RFC?

The RFC tells us that "The Priority value is calculated by first multiplying the Facility number by 8 and then adding the numerical value of the Severity." [RFC 5424, Section 6.2.1, Page 11]

If Cisco follows the RFC, then a Priority value of 100 would equate to a Facility code of 12 (NTP Subsystem) and a Severity code of 4 (Warning).
