Bro how to craft low grade accessories for new collection since it not available in market anymore like Green-Blue grade

For the new collections you need stuff like Dragon Statue, Relic Remnants, Ominous Black Mercury. I hadn't seen that stuff since quite a while now and already thought the have removed it from the game, but i now found them in Northeast Kamasylvia. In the Kamasylvia Loot Chest -> Elions Traces Chest.
The higher regions Loot Chests doesn't seem to work anymore.
