I swear to God, Gamefreak is allergic to making a widely learned 100% accurate physical rock type move
Ответитьmfw taxel misses for a 5th time:
ОтветитьIf it’s not 100 percent accurate it’s 50 percent accurate
ОтветитьGamefreak power creeping everything but refusing to make a decent learnable 100% accuracy rock type move:

ОтветитьHow can a sound move miss its target?
ОтветитьFinally I can rest knowing that someone else thought Blizzard should be more accurate
ОтветитьThat actually makes sense for ice
ОтветитьThe average rock move:
20% accuracy, accurscy gets cut in half if in rain, sun, snow or sandstorm
High critical hit chance
Don't you just hate it when you summon a hurricane and throw it at someone a few feet away and it misses?
Ответитьmy thing with Blizzard as a Canadian is that like. when you're in a non-snowy environment and the weather isn't chilly, the "blizzard" isn't gonna last long enough to do anything, especially without high winds or a proper cold environment
Ответитьyou ever kick ball through brick wall?
ОтветитьGroudon and kyogre watching calyrex horses accuracy and power
ОтветитьI think the sky drop thing works like seismic toss in the anime they can counter it last second and take little to no damage
ОтветитьI imagine Blizzard does not create a full Blizzard whilst used normally. After all, if it did, what changes during Hail? Whilst it is hailing, it matches the initial description given, a full ice-storm that is all around and cannot be avoided. Without the existing weather, I imagine it is more so a singular wave of cold wind that is fired toward the enemy, which can be dodged.
ОтветитьThis time the E is lowercase. MePlaysGames. :)
Ответитьpetition for Matt and Elias to march down to Gamefreak to demand these changes at 20K subs
ОтветитьI imagine the high power low accuracy moves have a lot of weigh with the struggle control. Think of a car with high weight and speed but with low handling and acceleration.
ОтветитьNah muddy water being less accurate makes sense it's more directed (doesn't hit allies) and assumly slower from the dirt in the water.
Ответитьget dash on here for a bit
ОтветитьThe random person who just died because my mewtu missed psi shock:
ОтветитьI've always felt like any move with "beam" in the same was an instantaneous hit. Think older anime and manga those basically as they hit and the stronger they are they're more likely to miss, due to charge up, monologuing.
Also specifically muddy water, it's japanese name is muddy stream, that makes the lower accuracy understandable. And sky drop I always assumed the low accuracy is basically the pokemon falling but doing s superhero landing. Avoiding all damage
Boomburst. With the other sound-based moves, it's at least plausible that they have to be aimed. Boomburst, by contrast, isn't aimed. It's just an AoE sound bomb. Sand-Attacks and Double Teams shouldn't be able to make such a move miss.
ОтветитьAre we still getting the caterpie and scatterbug video
ОтветитьCongratulations, Elias!
ОтветитьThunder should not get boosted accuracy in rain
ОтветитьYour brother’s kinda … 👀
ОтветитьEven the 100% accuracy moves CAN still MISS so even their not really at a 100% hit rate.
ОтветитьI still can't get over the fact that a 95% move can miss thrice in a row.😂
ОтветитьI've always been intrigued by Muddy Water. It was debuted on Swampet so I feel like it should've been a ground type move that select water types can use
The accuracy imbalance can be explained by not enough earth went in the water or getting the earth into the water took to long and the other pokemin attacked first hence the 15% miss rate
I agree with all the list, except I have one more thing…
DRACO METEOR.
If a meteor is coming down towards you, I feel like it would be really difficult to dodge, let alone multiple meters 😂.
I always thought surf and earthquake should skip accuracy checks. How would double team (or especially minimize) protect against that.
“wHY dOeS it MAtTeR? Not allowed in singles and bad in vgc”
Two words. Battle frontier. Not that these moves would have been helpful, but I may or may not have had a 35 round streak snapped by a grass whistle double team leech seed substitute leftovers meganium. It may or may not have hit 8/11 grass whistles, it may or may not have set up leech seed, and put to sleep too many times my Ariel ace ttar and tbolt regice and whatever else at a 3-1 battle at that point (battle factory). I haven’t attempted a long run since.
I actually feel like legends Arceus did a good job at explaining some of these, for example when a Pokémon uses blizzard in your character it actually has a relatively small area of effect, is is wider than it is long but still, pretty easy to dodge, and same with hydro pump, you can see when the Pokémon is charging it up, and have time to get away
ОтветитьJustice for Elias, let him out the dungeon
