There's A Few Design Quirks But The Audi S5 Sportback Is One Delightful Luxury Sports Sedan

Nice review….love me some sportback sedans…the coupe styling with more practicality is an awesome combo…Audi’s sportbacks, bmw gran coupes and Kia stinger are great looking vehicles

I am 6'2" and I can fit comfortably in the back, it's just a matter of how far the front row seat is positioned back that your leg room may be compromised

This thing is borderline undriveable in comfort mode. Audi dynamic is basically equivalent to bmw comfort.

You didn’t talk about the seats and if both front seat come with memory packages like their competitors?????

Love my 2022 Audi S5 sportback. Just got done upgrading the intercooler and intake, as well as suspension mount. Cant wait to tune it next. Absolute blast to drive

Having owned an A5 Sportback and A4 Allroad from this same generation, I have to politely disagree with your comments about the placement of the cruise control stalk. Having that function — including lane-keep assist — on an easily accessible stalk keeps them within reach and keeps the steering wheel free of tons of buttons. That is one feature of modern car design I loathe: filling steering wheels with so many buttons and text it looks like a Dr. Bronner’s bottle.

I traded in my 2021 TTRS for a 2023 S5 Prestige Sportback, with the S sport package. Not nearly as fun or quick as the TTRS, however with all of the additional options and much more practical than my RS I made the right choice. My wife will again ride with me in this vehicle. My Rt foot had a poor relationship with the RS, oftentimes doubling the posted speed limit by two times.😂

Carramrod8232 You are aware you have voided your factory warranty by modifying your vehicle? If, hopefully you won’I have any issues. I recently traded in my 2021 TTRS that was flashed back to stock, Audi could tell it had been tuned. I’ had intended on flashing the ecu on my 2023 but thought better.

Pull the shifter down D/S to Sport mode and get it out of regular drive mode. The “S” will pop up on the virtual cockpit. The transmission won’t be as laggy, snappier shifts, pops in the exhaust and won’t be as laggy from a dead stop. It will hold the car in gear longer. That’s also the mode it needs to be in to launch the car
