ОтветитьPlease do not post "how to" videos if you don't know how to to begin with. I've been clean-n-jerking for 15 years (nothing spectacular) but this, I cannot even give this guy 90/100. Was about to show my wife how to via video and this ? I guess I will have to show myself at the gym with her or any other video.

ОтветитьIntresting, because the way i did it was first deadlift and then do the reverse curl motion, and i think i just made it harder than it needed to be, but well today when i tried it the shoulders were the bottleneck, but using that momentum from the deadlift portion is probably gonna make it easier rather than seperate these motions the way i did.

ОтветитьI can tell right away I can hold 310 lbs. front of my chest. It’s similar to a weightlifting squat. Holding the weight in front instead of on the back of the shoulders.

ОтветитьB.s your legs should slpit one in front and one to the rear and his weight ya his doing his body weight ya he's showing technic but if you want to see real weight pound for pound this dude throws up 3 × times his weight over his head pocket Hercules true power I don't care how much people way or how big they are tell world strong man to throw 3× his weight over your head ,bet he can't even do 2× his bodyweight over his head for instance if world so called strong man weighs 400 lbs then he's got to clean n jerk 800lbs over his head or snatch with ever he preferres and guarantee you they cant I'd like to see them just do there body weight even then they wouldn't except the challenge the 2 moves are straight brute force that's why there olympic lifts ,are dead lifts in the Olympics no bench no squat no Why degree of difficulty is minimal do a snatch lift and you'll see why you have to train technice and have serious power to be elite

ОтветитьVery good technique but you were a little too far forward with your knees and your shoulders in the beginning knees and shoulders should be in line with the bar
