My sleep sucks😪 unfortunately this is out of my hands .. after a hectic day with work, kids and house, NIGHT is my precious time for myself to watch a movie, read a book or do whatever i like in peace and tranqillity.. i wish i wish i could go to bed early 😔

I am not sure if you are aware of this Ben but many places do not sell pasture raised eggs and 100% grass fed Beef. This causes problems for those that want to do clean Keto but simply can't when it is not available for them to do so. I really don't like this more recent label that a lot of Keto teachers are using .. "Dirty Keto " Wish they could find a better label for it. When the original Keto was created, there was no such thing as clean Keto vs Dirty Keto. We can only do what we are able to do with availability. I can't even find any wild caught salmon unless I buy it in a tin. With Tasmania being so big on Farmed Salmon, this is the main supplier of Fresh Salmon in Australia so I settle for tinned wild caught.

Wow wow what did I stumble upon!!! Such an amazing informative video. You are my next favorite after Dr. Berg
Sleep tip was very cool. When you were at 4th point, I was thinking about the sleep and wallaa 5th point turned up on it. I have serious sleeping issues. Is 8 hr sleep a must or the suggested window of 10 to 2 am is must ? Appreciate your help on this

Sleep ! I don’t sleep well. Maybe I should turn the telle off and just try! I lost 23 kilos in one year, then stopped. I’m now going to do the fasting, and try to re train my body to sleep more. Thanks for the information.

Thank you Ben - all your points ring out and make a difference! The importance of proper Sleep probably got me most but also the quality of grass fed beef and organic free range chicken/eggs. An excellent and thorough presentation. Thank you! (Success! In just over one year my bg is down from 15 plus (with spikes on top of that!) to 4.5 - 5.5, and I've dropped 4 dress sizes!) When I started out I couldn't get around let alone exercise!! 😘

Hell,and again you are accent on the top grade food,as if not ,you are fucked anyway... Most of peoples don't have the budget or accsess to grass fed and pasture raised. Nevertheless,your videos are great on info and explaining.

How do people know if a chicken is pasture? Perdue's is the only brand around here. Their commercial implies pasture but that does not mean they are.
Also if I am hungry, I do not sleep well...I do not sleep... so I gave up fasting after 6..... you identify problems without solutions

Sleep was the most helpful advice I got from your video. Probably because I wake up all throughout the night. I have an extremely limited income and gave been doing dirty Keto for 17 months because I cannot afford the good pure organic food. This really bothers me. I've had good results but I know I would have much better results if I could afford the healthy Keto food choices, some supplements and be able to sleep better.

Many people find after some period of time that it's much better to transition to a ketogenic carnivore diet. The Facebookgroup World Carnivore Tribe with Shawn Baker MD and Amber O'Hearn who solved mental health issues with an whole foods animal based diet. Take supplements like fish oil or Krill Oil to rebalance your omega 3 to omega 6 ratios.
Most chicken available is grain fed and chicken tends to lack sufficient nutrients to satisfy and usually it's cooked in unhealthy seed oils.
Grain fed beef is not optimal but if organic and free of antibiotics and no hormones --- it may be okay but not optimal. You can supplement with fish or Krill Oil supplements daily to try to rebalance the omega 3 to omega 6 oils if you are eating grain fed (hormone and antibiotic free beef)
Avocado curbs sugar cravings - eat one instead of sugar.
Eggs heal a fatty liver.
Eat 4 or more eggs cooked in coconut oil every day with the yolks runny to heal a fatty liver and rebalance hormones.
Excessive exercise stimulates an appetite. You cannot out run a bad diet. Losing weight is 85 to 90% diet and only 10 to 15% exercise.
Sleep in accordance with the circadian rhythm -- asleep by 10 pm Berberine and chromium and cinnamon and magnesium malate plus a teaspoon of real salt (Redmons or Himalayan). NAC and glutathione help.

Walking can be like meditation in motion if you don't listen to headphones.
Daily coconut oil pulling encourages real dental hygiene. Your mouth is a real source of inflammation.

This just sounds dumb. I went to keto so I didn’t have to starve myself with fasting. at the end of the day if you stay in a caloric deficit you will lose weight no matter what u eat so all this nonesense you speak of when you say you can diet and exercise but not lose weight because of sleep is not true how else am I losing weight and I’m 50/50 on the clean/ dirty keto. Still losing weight

I have lost 50lbs following clean Keto and IF , EF, I fast 20-4 every day and do regular 48-96 HR fasts as well, age 51 and I feel amazing , I also do HIT every other day , currently 161 lbs and aiming for 150, 5'8" tall ..

Awesome video I learned a lot thank you, keep them coming. I have Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension it's a rare brain disorder and no known cause or cure. Researchers are trying to blame it on being overweight or obese because a majority is such, however, young thin children and thin elders of all races and ages and male and female have IIH and the numbers are growing. I have been trying Intermittent fasting and recently am trying keto as well. I need to lose 65 pounds. But no matter what I do my weight is slow to leave, especially the belly fat. We get bad head pain, nausea, dizziness, tinnitus, etc. Can you help? I have been to a endocrinologist and rheumatologist and neurologist and NeuroOpthamologist and neurosurgeon

i like your videos, it's appreciated. however, some of us cannot eat all organic meats and pasture raised chickens/eggs. it would be great if we could, of course, but i'm on a budget, so I try to go in between both categories. and c'mon people, you can read labels and you should know that toxins are everywhere. we live in a time of greedy corporations who don't care that they're polluting our air, our food, the products we use, everything. and no offense, but look things up and educate yourselves, take the time to learn.

Great video as usual apart from 1 thing!!! As an experienced trainer and competing at high level for years my pet hate is hearing people call exercise Tabata when its not.... 2:1 work ratio, eg 20 secs high intensity 10 secs rest is not Tabata!!!
