I love all the call-backs to X1 in the background of the dialog music. It manages to blend smoothly with the new elements without being lost. Yessss

I like seeing the parallel idea of how Dr. Light left multiple small armor capsules for X, meanwhile Dr. Wily left one bigass skull capsule for Zero to get a full armor set which is fitting for him to do even if it doesn't show for a canon story.

Makes me wonder if X has his own unique dialogue/overdrive BGM for when Zero is used. Would be interesting if he had "Variable X" as the basis for the dialogue track.

The song... delicious, it does give some vibes of the X Hunters' theme, and the artwork, it's like if Sigma's Skull after his decease, turned out to look like Dr. Wily's Skull Symbol, great context for the corrupters.

I’m among the tiny minority of people who didn’t care for the X5 X vs. Zero theme. This one is positively addictive to listen to, and it makes me feel a new respect for that track.
