I’ve been following this workout plan for about 3 months now. I see a lot of progress so far. My arms are huge, specially my triceps. My abs are coming in, probably need like 2 more months. My back was a load of muscle now too. The shoulder workout is really challenging but it’s definitely worth it, my delts are so big. The only problem is this plan needs more leg exercises, my legs are kind of lacking and I’m doing double what the video says. I’m also taking creatine which is definitely helping with growing my muscle. And the chest workout is amazing. It’s a great workout plan for beginners
