It makes sense the best Disney Star Wars movie was the backstory of something lucasfilm created

I’ll be honest, when this teaser first dropped I was like “ehhh it looks okay.” 7 years later I can confidently say that Rogue One is one of my favorite Star Wars films. This teaser doesn’t do the film enough justice (probably because of the reshoots).

This was the perfect use of a Female lead. She was brave and risky, without lecturing or pushing at how she was a girl. Its also great hie no one acted differently as she is a girl, it normalises that they have the same capabilities as men and dont have to tell them about it but actually show it. She was well written, and was dangerous in the movie. In my opinion the ebst wetitten female lead in a movie.

Genuinely my favorite Star Wars movie, mainly because it’s the original trilogy but with modern CGI and effects. It’s just perfect in my opinion.

AT-ATs : So the last time we were needed the Empire took us skiing and snowboarding. Now they need us again and they've decided to take us to the beach instead. Awesome employer that Empire. They even took my little daughter on a camping trip in the forest! 😊

I still think this is the best Star Wars movie since Empire. And crazy fact; Rogue One was said to be quite a disaster behind the scenes, with multiple rewrites and reshoots during the production with some scenes in this trailer not even being in the final movie. Fortunately, this movie ended up being absolutely fantastic 🙌
