Vauron also claims that Zenix killed Mikeluis's mother, even though in reality, Darth Vauron's wife died of cancer. This lie fuels Mikeluis's hatred for Darth Zenix.

At the end of the film, when Mikeluis is training with his father, he says that he wants to kill Darth Zenix to avenge his mother. After finishing their fight, they both decide to sleep. In the credit scene, you can see Darth Zenix walking very calmly while carrying his powerful purple lightsaber.

There’s also Rouge One which does the character of “Darth Vader” justice; by making him this smug and professional lawful evil villain that’s a space serial killer without any emotion from a sequel or convoluted/messy backstory from a prequel.

Honestly, I think Vader has been overhyped and in retrospective it’s easy to he’s the best movie villain in history because of complex backstory in the prequels, and the clone wars as well as the Sequel trilogy venerating him.

When in reality, he was a generic evil villain with a badass design for 1977, then he remains a the same way until it is revealed that he is Luke’s Father but we only get real depth for Darth Vader when he’s evil in ROTS which is ironically considered to be the worst of the OT. In any case, Vader and Anakin are the same guy but far from the same character. By the time we get to ROTS; Anakin’s conflicts and suffering are complex but are simply written in an obvious way to allow him become Vader in the most rushed way possible.

In short, Vader cannot be considered the best movie villain because we have 2 straight films of him being the suited Vader and in one more he has a somewhat more depth; all the while he has limited screen time in the combined 3 films.

In terms of just movies; Rouge One and A New Hope have the best version of Darth Vader. But, I suppose he is the best villain in movie history because his character covers all aspects of morality.
