They need to reduce the scaling on the wrecker harpoon card because it basically gives him more than wrecker 3 for free. No cooldowns on all damaging abilities when you use Hurl makes Dredge too strong so they'll need to rework it but not in the RNG "50% chance not to go on cooldown" style. Something like "Hitting Harpoon reduces its cooldown by 10 sec"
