i'd say his aim is not one of the best, even i can do better tracking and flicking, but man, his game sense and experience is in a whole other level, this guy is what a pro looks like, he knows when to attack, when to retreat, he knows precisely where the enemies are just by glancing at the minimap, knows how to flank and surprise, doesn't do the panicked "fuck it" when he's surrounded and jump into the crowd hoping to take at least one before dying, and knows his way across the map, this is what a top notch good player looks like, and i hope to someday have half of the awareness that he demonstrated in this video

Good ping and pc, fast reflex, game setting, full loadout is the main factor. I try playing with my low rank still struggle to play better like because of 150ping,limited weapon and low laptop framerate😩
