Did someone else hear "Nawk Tuah" or do I have a special untreatable form of brainrot

I love my noctua, but they absolutely could and should have been able to predict this problem, they know they are large international supliers, rattle / vibration transit related testing should 100% be part of their internal product testing.

Noctua taking full responsability for a problem 1,5% of buyers got, then intel not taking it while selling broken cpus

I mean fixing it cool, exchanging it is awesome, a refund is a reason to buy more from the company....like "yes id like a refund...so take that money and apply it to the more expensive model and take my money...😂

I've never had Noctua coolers in my own devices, but I've only heard good things about them and apparently their fans are best-in-class. Good customer support however, is hard to come by so that's dope they took responsibility instead of screwing their customers over like many other large corporations tend to do these days. 😂

It's sad that only premium companies behave like this when it should be standard. Having the choice between fix, replace or refund is as consumer friendly as it gets.

Noctua all the way. I even called customer support once and explained to them that I really like their stuff. They were genuinely happy to hear that 😊

This is why Noctua is in a league of it's own. It's not even about performance. It's just you get quality product in every aspect. Well designed, well made, well supported.

This is how things need to be handled, find a problem? Fix the problem. No BS fighting the customers, just being upfront and honest, while doing something to actually fix the issues.

The fact that Noctua will give you an am5 or lga1700 mounting bracket for their first ever cooler for free, as long as you can show you purchased it, is all the you need to know to use them if you go air cooling.

Not surprised knowing those prices. Its literally a spinning piece of plastic on a radiator, they are dirt cheap to make and dont cost a lot to replace

I've been using Noctua coolers for nearly 20 years now back when they were sporting the NH-U12 as their flagship but still some of the best you could get.
Air cooling doesn't fail, and while fans can die, it's typically not only a slow and obvious fault, but relatively cheap and easy to access and fix.
Good on Noctua being a company that stands by their products and will make it right if there is a problem.

It has more heatpipes but the major difference seems to be the fan, putting the old fans on new cooler show same temps as the gen 1, no one ive seen has tested gen 2 fan on gen 1 but im convinced its the fans that changed the temps

In my experience noctua has been fantastic, another really cheap alternative is the peerless assassin. Super nice $40 cooler
