Ever consider collaborating with historical military and construction experts to analyze your finds and try to determine what they really are?

It is unlikely this had anything to do with submarines as it is not deep enough for a sub to enter and why build all of this infrastructure just to house a single boat.

It is much to small to be a submarine dock, they are much larger and has room for several boats, this look more like a dock for small patrolling boats and such.
