One thing I don’t even know is the name of the antagonist and what his beef with Garfield and WHERE DID HE GET THAT GIANY ROBOT!?

I remember watching a walkthrough for this game when I was younger. For a licensed game, it seems to be pretty impressive!

Does anybody know what that grey cat's deal is? He doesn't look like anybody I've seen in the comics or cartoons up to that point,and I know he wasn't in Saving Arlene. Even Garfield doesn't seem to recognize him in the second chase level. Who is he?
