you got almost everything right in translatings...there is just one thing when comes to Persian language. We use metaphors a lot... and I mean it...even when we say hi "salam" it means we wish peace and health for each other...that much...so when he said we should talk to your muscle and body and go just go positive... Hadi did meant literally wht he said there really and what you interpreted is also absolutely right...but there is also one more extended meaning to that: Beside making up your mind positive, you should set goals and focus on wht you do.
