Intel Celeron paired with 1.10Ghz is very slow. In fact for better performance its recommended getting a processor with at least 2.10Ghz.

You won't expect any better performance with that processor even if it has a SSD.

N3550 is mobile chip anyways not gonna perform like tower pcs i3 or i5 , they are trimmed versions of actual desktop variants . Maybe you still try upgrading ram if it supports .
