You're wrong dude. WN7 shows if you're a team player (spotting, tracking, damaging modules, etc)....WN8 shows if you stay active (shooting) the whole game. Efficiency means how well you're playing compared to other players.
Your overall is okay, 1100 but your recents SUCK. 100 points in WN7 or 8 means a lot.

For player that is not competitive and just drives around stats are worthless. For competitive players it acctually helps. Even though rating system is not the most accurate way to measure players ability it still gives basic idea of what to expect out of 29 other players around you. Even complete newbie can have game of his life yet statistically its not gonna happen daily.Example:Lets say your top tier tanks in your team has sub 100 wn8 and 41% winrate (probably bot programs) and enemy team has 3 player platoon from one of the famous 'unicorn' clans. 999/1000 games they just gonna shit on your team. And you say stats dont matter? How so?
