Love a big neck six!
ОтветитьA real hunting legend
ОтветитьWow, just WOW!
ОтветитьRight on, Dan! Love these classic hunts! 👍
ОтветитьThis one and the grain wagon video are my all time favorite videos of all time.
ОтветитьOG bruuuh!!
ОтветитьDan & Guy … with Mathew’s bows coming out with all these performance parts…. Are you going to continue instinctive shooting? I hope so! You both are legends to the culture. P.s I get a bottle of dander every year
ОтветитьDans the man
ОтветитьStill to this day no one has the creativity that Dan has put into all of his videos! I was inspired back in the early 80's watching your videos and still get inspired watching them today!
ОтветитьTrue hunter!
ОтветитьGreat video, love the old school bow, cat whiskers and all, and shooting with tabs. We forget how far equipment has come since then.
ОтветитьHunting in the cold with snow tests your limits. You are cold and shivering and shivering out of excitement at the same time. It takes a tough man to withstand the cold and be patient.
ОтветитьRampage was the best lure I had ever used. Can't find it anymore.
Ответитьi always said Dan is a no BS hunter. been a fan from the vanilla killa days ...lol
ОтветитьInstinctive guys getting it done, fewer and fewer of us every day
ОтветитьOne of the greatest bow hunters of all time.Right up there with Fred and Ben .
ОтветитьMy first bow was a Martin Lynx Magnum. Dad took me to get in when i turned 12 🎉(legal age to bow hunt in Michigan back then). Thing had little round wheels just like the one in the video. I used that bow into my 20's. 38 seasons ago😁. Outstanding video👍
ОтветитьMonster 6 pointer!!!
ОтветитьI remember my dad showing me your videos when I was a little kid
ОтветитьBack when hunters counted points, not inches. He was genuinely happy with his harvest. I miss those days. Now its "i let him walk, his G2 wasnt perfect". It taste the same. 6 pt or 180" non pefect G2 venison.
ОтветитьIm 39 now. When i was 10 i shot little basket 6 point and was using vanilla killa. I wanted to send you a pic and story about it but never did. I used to watch your videos over and over again on vhs. Our house was back in the woods so i would sit in my treestand after school for an hour or so. Then go inside after getting bored of sitting in the stand. Id watch your video then get psyched all back up and sit another hour. I kno it was silly walking back and forth to the stand but i was 10 and had no patience. But that first buck i shot i swear the vanilla killa lured him in . I appreciate your videos and style of hunting. My first deer was a compound with no sight. Just alot of practice and only 35lb draw weight. The technology of today with crossbows and trail cameras i just dont understand. It takes the challenge and unknown out of the equation. I miss those old days of looking at a rub and estimating the size of the buck. I miss the challenge of sitting still enough and keeping your hand from freezing to quietly draw back without spooking the buck to get off a shot. I miss the old deer hunting style that made it a challenge. Just thought id ramble as this vid brought back awesome memories of bowhunting the way it was meant to be done!
ОтветитьBeen watching Dan for 40 yrs i shot barebow or Compound unaided for most of my life he is one of the "Greats"! I hunted with Bob McGuire when i was a teenager Keep bringing the content Thanks
ОтветитьNotice how he kept his cool till AFTER the shot? A lot of bow hunters miss that crucial step and it's bullshit. Do it right like this dude or say at camp 👌
ОтветитьThe music goes so HARD in this 😂
ОтветитьInstinctive wheel bow ?
ОтветитьThe shot went under the decoy no sites
ОтветитьOmg. You mean he didn’t have Ozonics and wasn’t wearing $700 clothing. No way this is real
ОтветитьWow! Whatta great hunt.
Perfect Shot.
Awesome camera angle.
Fantastic edge of your seat music.
Lots of blood(Nature's Gravey).
Good folks makin' memories.
Even took us along for the ride.
😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃
Thank you
Great shot dan that’s how you use a conue to hunt lol🤙🦌💪❤️
ОтветитьMuzzy baby muzzy
ОтветитьI’m I tripping or is he using a canoe as a blind?
ОтветитьPerfect
ОтветитьI worked at bass pro shops in Springfield Mo. when these videos were coming out. I got to meet Dan and Guy at a Fall Hunting Classic and they were truly the nicest two guys there. They talked to me for an hour about bowhunting, took a picture with me and signed a video. Passing through kill shot was ahead of its time too. I still don’t think very many have ever filmed a pass threw shot from both sides if any.
ОтветитьI love these videos. Shows you how simple hunting used to be. I wish I grew up hunting in that time.
ОтветитьThat decoy though. Ridiculously awesome
ОтветитьThe great old videos, Dan!
ОтветитьI used to rent these d from the video store when I was a boy . Did most of these take place in Wisconsin?
ОтветитьBack before you had to pay farmers an admission fee to kill wild animals. Good ole days!
ОтветитьI was 15 years old. Hes a legend.
ОтветитьWith everything now days, wish we could go back to this kind of hunting. I sold a lot of VK in my shop. Used it as well
ОтветитьMan I loved your videos back in the day how bout that bow recurved limbed compound shooting fingers you and Guy are the best we all shot fingers
ОтветитьThanks for sharing your videos and keep them coming please.
ОтветитьExactly how it's supposed to be! Kids and young hunters need this stuff so bad
ОтветитьAmazing , Dan is a better shot instinctively than 50 percent of the hunters today with sights and all this modern equipment we have these days...I love the older videos... Thanks for sharing 👍
ОтветитьDan one the the original bow hunters
ОтветитьDan is my hero from way back. I used to talk with him at the Buck a rama in Atlanta. I have a signed Muzzy bad to the bone shirt from him that has never been wore. He is a legend.
Your videos never get old.
This was from the video THERE GOING DOWN I own all your old videos
