How "Perfect" will Fortnite OG Be?

I wish epic could go all in and bring back OG movement mechanics and real player lobbies

apart from models and graphics, what yall fail to realise is that the other changes with variations to the map has to fit fortnites lore and story... so instead of a 1 to 1 its just a alternate version

I do not mind the mantling and sprinting. What i do mind is the time it takes to regain sprint/stamina. But also i would love it if they revert it back to OG OG.

Before I even finish the video, I think it'll be perfect if they add back the old hud, old graphics, old movement etc. It's the small things that make the biggest difference.

I dont understand why they dont bring out og Fortnite as a permanent game. What disadvantage will it have for Epic? I stopped playing Fortnitet at Season 8 Chapter 1 and returned in Chapter 2 or 3 and the game was like nothing before. Its current form is unplayable for me, so if they bring out the OG Seasons I hope it will be the exact same that I played in 2019

people complain about building but sprinting and mantling do the exact same thing, they speed up fights and increase the skill cap

I lost hope because of all these no life sweats ... even gaming in general...

Look, we all love OG Fortnite and had great memories on it. We look back on those days with grateful hearts, and amazing memories.
But it should stay that way.

Memories are meant to be created, and not EXCESSIVELY relived. Trying to relive those memories will not only get boring after while, but it will end up devaluing your precious memories from 2018, while also making the beloved old map boring. I think people need to understand that

The past is the past, and it should stay that way.

What Fortnite needs isn't to return to it's past state.

It's to create something new again.

That was what made the game so loveable back then, it was something new, something we'd never seen before. Adding the Simplicity of C1 would also work, which is a reason I think C3 S1 was so successful

I think people need to stop being so obsessed with nostalgia, and focus on the path ahead. Bringing back Fortnite OG for a month was perfect and great for the community, and same with Chapter 2.

But it should stop there.

I have tried to excessively "relive" my old memories and at first, it was great, but after a while, it just ends up devaluing them.

if its a permenant mode they should make it how it was please its a billian dolar company the can do it bro all of those collabs they have more than money and work power to do it. I fully quit chapter 5 because of the movement. I hated how slow it felt and how it forced me to run. I wish the old movement were to come back thats a massive part of it for a lot of players who havent played the ch4 and ch5 season.

Who’s here after Fortnite announced the return of the double pump, the og pump model and the og burst for the og mode 🥹

I will fucking donate my soul to Epic Games if they bring back the original Burst model.

Go into the version history then copy all codes from classic version and paste it into a game mode

IMO the old weapon models don’t really matter that much. Even if everything was a 1 to 1 clone of OG fortnite it still wouldn’t be the same for people who played back then. It’s just fun to have fresh stuff and old maps and aesthetic. For me it doesn’t really matter if everything is exactly like old fortnite because it will never truly be old fortnite

Bring back og hud og weapons og graphics. Make it work only with skins from that season

i think that is almost impossible bc og fortnite was made on ue3 i guess and the current fortnite is running on ue5, so they should have to recreate the whole game again and i think they definitely not doing that
