is there something in particular you need to activate the black adam debuffs, it doesn't seem to work for me

i have been using the level puppet for a long time I am levelling it up now, but i have never struggled keeping puppet active with bboy, classic superman and vixen with godkiller were my go to now i have manta instead of classic superman

I finally upgraded my puppet to L9 yesterday! Happy so far! I use Classic superman (with sword of salvation) with Beast boy every fight, as superman gives a permanent defence de buff on the boss.

So far I haven't had any issues using it on beast boy and gold black Adam

BB team: BB, Manta, & classic Superman
Gold black Adam : silver banshee & power girl to reduce special cost

I still use lvl 1 puppet on beast boy, but for 100% activation, use BB+BM+CSM, the defense reduction from CSM count's as a negative effect, and it lasts the whole fight

Level 1 Puppet, Level 3 Beta Club, Level 3 God Killer Dagger is more feasible than getting Black Manta and Ninja Gorilla Grodd, even the Metal Team.
I got lucky and got Robin King, and Ninja Grodd (upgraded via challenges) for Solo Raid rewards (on my third run on Heroic VII).
But other than that, good luck getting Black Manta or Beast Boy shards without spending real money.

-Classic Superman in your team is good for his defense debuff.
-League of Anarchy Poison Ivy's special 3 works too if you get both stun and movement disabled.
-Silver Banshee is an unique case, her special 1 and 2 can disable specials after her passive activation "Torment," but her special 3 can actually remove the previous debuffs, losing both her "Torment" and puppet activation.


-Any Character that has a blind ability which usually lingers for about 5 seconds (maxed out), with a beta club swipe that's 3 debuffs, tag in your character holding puppet to do any special and you are set.

My lv1 puppet, i use a power reducer and girl of steel ( god killer) if I'm using batman ninja batman but with beast boy, i use both manta and vixen just to not get excuses.

Now i can destroy mr freeze raid

How could i use beta club batman ninja, and puppet. I dont have grodd yet, should i use batman and robin with like black adam to help activate puppet or smth else? Do i even need the puppet if its only lv1 in that team

My main method is using Classic Superman and the Knife that gives defense reduction which gives two permanent debuffs. Gold Black Adam I find it easy to get Infinite Power. Lord Joker also has a decent time getting there. Outside of that, I try not to use it on teams. It's too inconsistent. I've tried it with Raven/King team to make getting darkness more efficient but it isn't optimal. Just tagging in when they try to attack and using it with Nora's Snow Globe is better. I can somewhat get HBHQ to infinite power with Sp1 but I don't think SP3 spam is more efficient then just the basic method and EPI struggles to get there. Best thing is to use it on characters that have an easier time getting debuffs and then just put it as a passive on inactive characters when you can't so it doesn't screw you over.

But why u keep using robin king first power just use third power

Puppet has opened up BB + Manta and Black Adam + Vixen, but only those two teams. It's opened up two good teams for me, and that's much more than any other artifact has given me.

i mean i didnt really have a problem with lvl 1 puppet i got it to activate pretty easily with black manta

There are a few artifacts that help you out on this, Nero's knife, and zatanna's magic kit for beginners, they both put a permanent negative effect that applies for the puppet, the only extra thing you'll need could be a classic superman to do a single special to lower the enemy's defense using one of the artifacs above, you got 2 permanent negative effects in 1 special. You'll be good to go after that with bb.

I see so many players using different Beast Boy teams, SMH. Like to see how these teams hold up against Sub Zero on Realm Klash Solo Raid on Heroic Mode 7. Definitely won’t be one shot him using some of the teams mentioned. Talking so much about Classic Superman do you even realize that Beast Boy’s Sp1 reduces Bosses DEF? Stacks up to 4x. If you’re using Manta w/Godkiller, Vixen w/Current Solo Raid Artifacts and Beast Boy w/Puppet. Start the match with Manta then tag in Beast Boy, Puppet activates instantly soon as you use BB Sp1. Spam it 4x then Supermove then finish spamming BB Sp3 nonstop til Boss is defeated. Reduce DEF and instant Puppet Activation sure easy win. ✌️
