NGL, the ignition sound was much better on the Disney than the Art saber, maybe a font problem or just a different font entirely.

You know, for a billion dollar company, Disney needs to step up their game

Mannnn absolutely never buying a galaxy edge saber unless they thin it down, make it better, price it properly and don’t make it bulky af… that’s hideous. Genuinely, hideous. All of the galaxy edge ones are, sure they’re more “affordable” but they’re shockingly bad for what you pay for it.

I like how bright artsaber is, but then again galaxy edge is the official one, and 3 times cheaper. I’d rather get 3 different sabers for the price of 1 tbh

The galaxy's edge sabers are a pure embarrassment, and considering the fact that Disney's a multy billion company makes it far worse. I understand that kids want to have one of those sabers when they see them in a Disney store, and that sometimes parents buy one for them. But I can't see how adults can seriously have joy with them, and sometimes even defend the poor quality and the rediculously thick, ugly ass hilts. I mean it takes one milli second to see how off they are.. Reminds me of the prats in the guitar community who prefer to buy a cheap fire wood guitar that copies a quality brand and will only cause problems, instead of saving $100 - $200 more to go for the real deal. And then cry about how expensive the originals are and how good their copy is, although everyone knows they secretly regret their purchase because copy is utter shite. Never understood this kind of impatience, low ambitions or low expectations or what ever weird mindset this is. Btw. this careless kinda merchandise of course goes hand in hand with Disney movies being just utter nonsense or very very bad copies of THEIR OWN original gems.

One of the things you should know is that the art sabers one is 1400$

I prefer the look of the Artsaber one, however the one thing I prefer in terms of the Galaxy Edge Dooku saber is the ignition. The Artsaber one doesn’t have Dooku’s ignition sound.

I didn’t realize the huge mistake I was making when my mom called me from Galaxy’s Edge asking if I wanted a lightsaber.

Out of the ones I knew they had, Dooku’s was at the top of the list and low and behold my disappointment when I got it in the mail.

I knew from the moment I saw it that it wasn’t right and its proportions were all off. I thought that maybe it was just me and that it’s because Christopher Lee was a large dude and he made it look smaller but when I picked it up I knew it wasn’t just me.

I’m still happy and grateful to have it but it still kinda remains a disappointment.

My deepest condolences to Christoper Lee.

Galaxy’s Edge just looks like a pile of garbage. Way too thick of a hilt. The blade looks like rubbish. The ratio is terrible. 0 outta 10

Lightsabers are supposed to be thin, but even in Disney's movies, they make them so fat and chunky.
