Recipe for easy Fried Aloo:
In a frying pan, add 1/2 cup of oil and then add 6 to 8 sliced potatoes. Add 1.5 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and 1/4 tsp of turmeric. Mix well, cover, and cook until the potatoes are completely tender, remembering to check at intervals. Once the potatoes are tender, add green chilies, fresh cilantro, and 1/2 tsp of ground coriander powder. Mix well, and your fried aloo is ready to be served with white rice.
