🌠 This mugen is no joke, it is around NEARLY 9,000 slots but it's not 9,000 slots that everyone has been saying because what you're seeing is actually 8k chars but not 9,000. meaning people been overexaggrating the slots as per usual lol just like wha t happened with SVCUM 1.1 EVERYONE and they mama was saying it was over 5k slots, but it was actually 7k slots anywho, this mugen was been suppose to be uploaded days ago but because some chars needed to be replaced due to so many gaps in the roster and people not wanting to see or get a mugen with that many gaps I decided to spend extra time and literally stay up all night yesterday fixing it so this should suffice. besides, this officially might be the biggest roster I did that I made available so now that I stated that, here's what I need to say.

: ̗̀➛ There will be LOOONNGGGGG LOAD times! because the game is loading NEARLY 9k characters! so please do not complain about it being so long to load and play. there's a reason why I tell you guys to at least TRY to invest in either upgrading your ram, and your computer in general or invest in a affordable gaming PC. (in fact, if it helps I will be stating in the comments what device I use that I make these mugens in.)

: ̗̀➛ Secondly, might as well hit this on the nail now before this gets to the point that this blows up, BUT If you having issues downloading this game, because of the "Sorry you can't view or download this file at this time" due of course countless of people trying to download it. please check out these https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=djtIeDwW614 or, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_6vLJQNpnZE and other methods just utilize your resouces :D

・❥・ That is all for this portion, now let's discuss this mugen in general. this mugen actually not only consists of your usual characters but since this is called BROKENMUGEN for a reason, this roster/collection also consists of JUS chars, old school mugen chars from old school games such as Naruto vs DBZ and for example mugen games from Ristar87 (that work surprisingly well btw), and even consists of 50% - 90% character edits from the Iori/Kyo/Orochi/Athena/Donald Collection that's from MFFA. some may or may not work so if you can make them work then be my guest.

Mugen is for free and fun. do whatever you want with someone's collection you can resize, change character stats, etc etc but don't forget to credit them aka ME since it isn't YOUR collection. either way, I forgot to add this mugen also has about 400+ stages. and that's about it. hope you guys enjoy, because it was not easy getting a mugen like this complete, there was two instances where the mugen looked fucked up for whatever reason and roster was mis-aligned so technically I had to start over

And as per usual.....
● You can remove/add chars as you please (good luck with that)
● You can remove/add stages as you please.
● If there's a char on here you dislike, due to personal reasons or so, feel free to remove them. (good luck with that)
● Sezuire warning for a few characters on there, some got some pretty flashy movesets. if anything happens stop playing immediately if you have epilepsy.
● Some of these characters have horror elements, if horror is not your thing you're free to remove those characters (I'm talkin jumpscares and dark imagery btw).
Last but not least.....
● If you upload this mugen anywhere else and I mean ANYWHERE even your own discord server, PLEASE GIVE CREDIT! you know very well you ain't made this roster, so when uploading mention/link my channel please or, feel free to even link my discord and/or socials instead.

REMEMBER, do not OPEN the mugen.exe file open the .bat file. the one that says Broken Mugen edit by Juaniquillo. that's it, the mugen.exe has NOTHING so ofc nothing will come up. keep that in mind.
