Trying Out The New Yayo 3D Rimworld Mod

This mod is cursed.

Yayo being true to their name, pumping out crazy but simple mods that change the game completely

the mod page says you need to turn off an option in camera+ and that you cant give orders currently

i think the 3D mod uses the furthest zoom level to render everything and camera+ replace all pawns with circles when zoomed out. i turned off the setting and all the pawns rendered properly for me

it may be better if you were able to see through a pawns eyes, so you had something to follow.

there was a game years ago, called dungeons 2. you were a hand with minions, you could dig out rooms to keep them happy before sending them to the surface to kill knights ,
but best of all, you could posses an individual under your power, and move/fight in first person while the rest carried.

its weird, but even the remakes no longer have that feature lol

I think 3D rimworld doesn’t really work for the type of game that it is personally I prefer birds eye view

I genuinely recoiled when I saw this for the first time, its just so unsettlingly abnormal but also really cool.

You must have another mod interfering with the 3D mod. I've seen others use it and you can see the pawns.

nooberttt, do you have a modlist for this playthrough? I like the trees and those icons that pop up in the upper when someone levels up
