Put a floor jack under the bumper and jack it up it will bend it back in place

When you first try to start it you hit the gas pedal three times then hold it to the floor turn the key and it will start Okay

I think you should replace the bumper with the same type bumper that's on there but one that's not dented. The drivers side looks good. I think solid but old would be a good look. That barn find look, not junkyard look if that makes sense

Or wait until it’s rusted all the way in then clean coated but I think if not clear then hole gone start filling in cool ideas 💡

IMO, as I think I said before in a different raggedy box video… wetsand the whole car down. It will bring back color on the lower parts and most importantly it will smooth the surface out not only to touch but you could lean on it without getting rust and filth on your clothes and the rain and water will run off instead of soaking in ect. We do a lot of “fotina” (fake patina) here in the Midwest. HMU if you need some details how to go about it and what grit to use ect…🤙🏼
