Will check out this video later today. I'm pretty cooked tbh, graduated almost a year ago today with a Computer Science degree, no internships, and still unemployed 😭.

I previously worked in tech as a Sales Operations Analyst before going back to school in 2021, and the market is a whole other breed compared to when I was applying to jobs in 2020

I personally think this will change rapidly as we head into a recession and pple will compete hard for even in office work.

I also suggest exploring outside the "job market". almost 10 years ago I was introduced by a friend to a couple of guys who are starting an online platform. i helped them on weekends, charged a reasonable rate, and over the years the business grew.
now I work remotely for them from thailand, as a sole dev, no managers, no standup meetings, and I get paid for experimenting with the tech I love.
I also had a number of other remote jobs during covid with the same informal arrangement.
I think too many people focus on passing interviews and pleasing management. I believe if you can offer real, practical solutions to people, it's just a matter of time before you find the people who need that solution and be willing to pay you well for it.
