you paid for 1 time purchase, subscription or setup subscription?

watch out guys!!! I bought lifetime license for 5 machines ,activated 2 and when tried to activate my wife's Mac I suddenly do not have any more licenses.When I go to their webpage, there is nothing of my purchase and activation code. I wrote 16 times to MacPaw, attaching the proof of purchase , but getting twice the answer that I can buy the app with 50% discount, something I already did(99,97$).And no more answers...so be careful when you put your money at MacPaw-I am their user since the start of Clean my Mac, but now this company is stinking ;-(((((((((
