I want to share my learnings around Job in case it helps anyone else.

I had a hard time accepting why it was so wrong for Jobs friends to say the things they said, as I felt there was a lot of truth in what they said. Mainly around we are all sinners, that sometimes we go through bad things because of the sins we’ve committed etc.

As I was listening God drew me to these points.
1. That Job feared God and that he was upright.
2. That his friends mourned in silence with him for 7 days.

Now the first point Kanoe helped me to understand that this point was very important, hence why it was mentioned. It needed to be used in context with the advice Jobs friends were giving.

Now point 2 was the revelation from God. Sometimes during times of hardship and suffering, silence is better than saying anything at all. Because these moments no words spoken can really help, especially judgy words or ‘advice’. So sometimes it’s better we stay silent as our presence says a lot already. If we need to say anything, we should start and end only with God’s grace.

Thank you GOD & Kanoe so much for this session! Iv been going back and forward on this book because I just couldn’t get passed people thinking the friends were so wrong and saying they shouldn’t have said what they said. But now I get it

I love the book of Job, its a story of faith and trust. God is so good! Regardless of what happens everything is in Gods hands and all things work for the greater good to those who love him. We love you Lord!

In ch r v16 on, I'm wondering if that was spiritual warfare on Satan's part, showing himself or the fallen angels to the friend. Nothing says God was protecting the friends or they were off limits.

I can't imagine offering up someone to the devil.

Hello! I just wanted to come into the comment section and answer the heart dive questions even though this video was posted awhile ago! I hope you all have a blessed day and things continue going that way🫶💗
Blessing God- I do not think I do, I tend to feel like God is simply developing me and my mind during times of trails and tribulation
Power- I always give power to God and let the Holy Spirit work through me to fight against and cast out evil
Giver- I feel like I need to get into this mindset more and it is something that I need to work on and honestly no I would not be okay if they were suddenly taken from me, I don’t feel necessarily like god owes me something but I feel like I need to keep things I worked hard for so in that sense I feel like he does owe me something which is a mindset I must change
Good Friends- I feel like I have a good friend but I have never prayed for any and while I feel like I’m a good person I feel like I’m a bad friend because I’m often busy or not in a mood to talk with anyone else but people right in front of me
Raw Emotion- I believe that we should be fully honest to God in everything including all of our negative and muddy emotions because he will always know either way and so we should be honest and open about it, so yes
Correction- I feel sorrowful whenever I am corrected because I feel guilty for the fact that I committed enough sin to need to be corrected(aka just committing sin at all because it should all be corrected) but I do feel lucky that he is caring enough to sit down and help guide us back to grace rather than let us move into sin
Benefit of The Doubt- I honestly tend to make assumptions about people and I try not to let those assumptions get in the way of any potential friendship I could have and I stay kind but I still mentally categorize people based off of very surface level traits

Hi Heartdive fam, I’m still confused of the afterlife and still seeking from the Word of God. Currently, my understanding thru the help of the Holy Spirit is before the 2nd coming of Jesus, the dead are lying or in deep sleep in the land of the dead except for the righteous one like Abraham,Moses, David Jacob,Jesus’ disciples, and all others. Then, for the rest will be judged upon 2nd coming of Jesus, who will judge both the living and the dead. Thank you Kanoe,Holly and Heart Dive fam. Looking to grow with you. This message really touched my heart. I won't go into great detail but there was something in my life that I dreaded the outcome and decided I needed to go into it with faith that God would protect me and give me the wisdom to handle it in a way that would honor him.

Alright I didn't want to say anything, but I needed this today, I feel like Job. I've lost everything that meant everything to me, the woman who was made for me/sent to me by God.

I used to go to church every Sunday with my Grandma, but I went down a really bad path and turned away from my faith. I was an iv herion/meth addict for many years. Three years ago, I dropped to my knees and asked God to please help me, and I watched the power of God open the doors to rehab and is still walking with me on my journey. I'm going to school to be a substance abuse counselor, and I know he's giving me the strength and patience to continue in school. I've never read the whole bible so I started reading it and struggled to really understand what it is they are trying to convey ect, but I found your heart dive and I'm so incredibly thankful you do this, you explain it so it's easy to understand and I can see and hear your passion and love for God. You truly are beautiful inside and out, goodness and love just radiate from you, Thank you again for taking the time to help us learn Gods word and thank you for making it fun and personal and all things girl<3 Oh im in good ol Utah, moving to Portland next year after I finish my degee.

If God gives us the benefit of the doubt and Satan is our accuser who questions our motives it becomes even more apparent how important it is for us to be free of judgement.

You've literally changed my life. I have tried to read it so many times and stopped in exodus. I got all the way to 2 chronicles and realized I needed to have more understanding. I couldn't put it down. I've been reading them like a book. Well now I do one book a day still in order. This is a fantastic channel. Thank you so much for doing this!

I have been enjoying your bible reading and explanation. Why did God allow Satan to roam around, and why he didn't destroy him?

There is no immediate afterlife. We go to sleep until the day of the lord’s return as stated in revelations. If there was an “immediate heaven”then where would those who dont die in Christ go immediately after death?

I don't understand this "satan" stuff , but do we ever thought that Satan here isn't the bad guy.
1. Sons of God , probably angels present themselves before the Lord.
And what ? Ugly human with horns on the head, tail and a fork also came 😂 ? It's not saying that. Scholars said that the word satan means opposer or the one who oppose or challenger. So this means the challenger also came. Maybe this is a job. Just an angel or someone whose job is challenger. It is not the devil , but simply one more son of God , probably angel. Just a theory I don't know.

I am so thankful that my Bible study leader lead me to your study when I asked him how to know what to read daily. I am 69 and went to church ever since I was born. I have never studied the Bible like this and I am in awe and so excited to learn each day. I sent my grown children and their spouses who are on their forties because you are closer to their age and so relatable I’m sure and you’re a cute local gal. I ask that you would keep my adult children in prayer that they would draw close to you again and be spend that 45 min everyday studying the Bible with you. Thank you so much for blessing me. I lost my mum when I was 15 and I went through many years of grief and anger! I’m almost 44 and now I realise that I never lost her. She was put here for a reason and she was taken back for a reason. When my time here on earth is done we will be reunited along with all the other people who have departed before me. It will be forever and I know I will someday have my children and all the other people who I departed before. I no longer fear death, in fact I’m looking forward to a big get together and just being with them and God at the same time ❤

I’ve never really had a relationship with the Bible, but I've been enjoying these so much and they’ve really opened my heart and mind to just how blessed and loved we are. It’s answered many previous ways of thinking, too. Thank you so much!
